BARRE CLASSES
*With the exception of Express Barre, any other Barre classes that hosts less than 3 people will become a 45 mins express class. Late cancellations will now be subject to a $10 fee. Please either e-mail or call the studio 12 hours prior.*
EXPRESS BARREIn the event of 3 or less students in a class the teachers can hurry but will do your barre fix to get your day going! Express Barre. Everything you expect in a regular fifty-five minute class, condensed to 45 minutes. This class is always Monday- Friday's @ 8:30am. HTB (Hit The Bounce)

HIT THE BARREThis level incorporates modifications for more of a beginner and also for an intermediate to advanced barre goer.
Open and mixed level. A high energy class that incorporates interval training to get the heart pumping, while sculpting all the muscles all in fifty-five minutes. Great for career women and busy moms. Teens are also invited to this class! CARDIO BARREA high-intensity, full body workout that incorporates both cardio and strength training with barre to target all major muscle groups. It sculpts the body using light weights and plyometrics to build strength and endurance while improving cardio health.
LOW IMPACT BARRENew to barre or want some time to perfect your form? Go back to the basics with our low impact barre class. Still get the same great toning and strength workout with this class. Enjoy more corrections, explanations of the exercises, and learn the rhythm of regular barre class. Great for beginners!

RAISE THE BARRECongratulations! You made it! Welcome to our advanced class for Barre enthusiasts and experts! To register for this very challenging class, a minimum of completing 50 Hit The Barre classes is required. Be ready to move very quickly! Raise The Barre will have your heart pounding. Try if you dare!
BOOTCAMP CARDIO BARREWant more energy? “Feel Good Look Good” was designed by Instructor Dylan to help you push your limits and free your mind of that old, tired, routine feeling. By working out, taking control of your body, and improving your internal self-talk you can transform your life to feel and look really good. This class consists of calisthenics and cardio and is scale-able to any level of fitness. No matter where you are at in your fitness journey a class with Dylan will elevate you.

Hip-HopHip-hop is a choreographed class that is available on the weekends. This class is for anyone (beginner or advanced) who wants to learn choreography while dancing to today's hits! This is a build-up class, which means you will learn more and more moves to complete a set.
